Items were broken. GM was apologetic and admitted she was aware the issues were known to her and the boss. Referral to another room would have been nice as the GM knew of the problems when we booked.
Gameplay
Gameplay was clunky as a few of the puzzles did not work. The game master had to access one of the puzzles that did not work and the final code box was not connected.
Atmosphere
Room was well designed and the puzzles were interesting.
Customer service
The GM did not seem to be watching the screen to notice the puzzles were not functioning.
Story
Yes, had the puzzles worked as designed the room would have been amazing!

We played two rooms here. If we would have done this room first I think we would have enjoyed it more. The theme is unique.
