The crew at the North Pole believes that Santa was kidnapped by Horace, an elf on the shelf gone rogue after he was not allowed to be a toymaker. You and your team are part of an elf SEAL team, hired by Mrs. Claus to find her husband and save Christmas! You have just one hour to find out what Horace is up to and rescue Santa before it’s too late for him to make his deliveries. Can you find Santa? Or will Christmas be canceled this year? Incredible room overall with very well done effects safe and fun for the whole family. All rooms we have done in this location are top notch!

This is a cute game in a smaller space. It is perfect for families. Older adults may want to choose another game as the lighting is dim and no flashlights are provided. Also, there is crawling. If neither of that bothers you, you’ll enjoy this game.

Trapped in the Upstate never disappoints! I love these Christmas themed games but this one was the best so far. Theming and game play were on point.

Such a fun room! The decor and story line are both super creative and perfect for a boost of holiday spirit! Puzzles were unique. Great for all ages!
