Bros for Life: Fraternity Heist

This escape room was so fun! The characters that the game guides have to play are hilarious and they really make up the entire experience. The room was set up amazing and the settings at the escape ventures never disappoint. The puzzles flowed amazing in which I felt like I wasn’t having to go back and forth between rooms or different areas to find something else and the story flowed so seemingly perfect that I got super involved. I highly recommend this room if you’re a scaredy cat and not ready for the escape ventures intense rooms yet.

This is a fun frat-themed adventure without being overly testosterone-driven…it is after all, a heist scenario at its core. The first room is actually quite difficult, and then it gets much easier after that. I expected the content to be a little more PG-13 than it is, but it’s lighthearted and tame. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring children to this room, it’s really playful and fun. I wish TEV would focus a little less on traditional alphanumeric locks, throughout the course of the day we got a little tired of extracting a 4-digit code or 5-letter word. They’ve got the creativity, the technical know-how, and the budget to explore more non-traditional puzzle progressions.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to vandalize a rival fraternity, this is your chance. This is a fun, lighthearted game that I quite enjoyed. It’s not super difficult, but make sure you search well. Perfect for teens, undergrads, and those of you who want to relive your college memories! Just remember, don’t leave Karen behind! Cute set with some pretty interesting puzzles that I have not encountered.

Another unique theme, which I appreciated. Fun and whimsical, with some laughs. The puzzles were good for the most part, but a couple were quite tedious (we were two players, but they are such that they are not quicker with more people).

The game master Michael is very enthusiastic in his role and in character. Game is fun and puzzles related to theme.

Bro! What a great game! Can’t believe we made it into the frat bro! Beautifully well done room. The puzzles were plentiful and difficult, but never unfair. Great use of space, mix of puzzle modalities and a fun set. Less actor interaction than other games, but still a rocking time, bro! I found the puzzles in here more difficult than others, but that just might be me. Great attention to details and high level of immersion. Definitely don’t miss out bro! Yeah!

It was a great themed room and some of the puzzles were fun and on theme but there were a lot of traditional number and letter locks that made the room a little tedious

Very awesome room and James was hilarious. 10/10 for James. Had a team of just two, which didn’t impact the flow or experience. It’s one of the tougher rooms, but not discouraging for idiots! Between my wife and I that day, we had negative brainpower… but sometimes that just happens! While we weren’t “on”, we still had a ton of fun and truly had a great experience. Despite a bit of disappointment in our poor communication and brain rot, James’ hilarity and the great team at escape ventures made this a joyous experience.
