Such a cool room with some really excellent challenges.
Gameplay
This was my first escape experience that didn’t use a timer which was disconcerting. Also my first over 60mins experience and I loved it. The puzzle flow was great and had some good challenges.

Strong atmospheric start to an impressive set off puzzles well themed to the story. Some great mechanics and good team challenges.

Awesome setting!! Very active with some crawling and a fun cooperative mechanic. The ending puzzle was a little over-complicated. Host was lovely!

A truly excellent room and hands down our favourite in Margate. The theming and puzzles and length were absolutely spot on for a great time. One puzzle is a little fiddly to get right but that may just have been us, but did not take away from the overall experience. Definitely one of the top games we’ve played in the UK and well worth a trip to play!

This is my favourite of Escapements games, aesthetically appropriate and well designed, the puzzles were very fun and were at a good difficulty level. The flow of the room was so smooth and everything made sense. The whole experience was fantastic.

What a room! From the moment you enter, you are fully immersed on your mission and there’s not one point of the room where this stops. An impressive set that changes with the game flow, as well as totally unique puzzles that we hadn’t come across before. There were different types of puzzles that suited each member of our team and I thoroughly enjoyed this room :)

What an adventure ! The Pit is such a fun game with a great narrative and excellent storytelling. Some brain teasing puzzles, a beautiful set, awesome theatrics, all in one incredibly immersive journey.
