Dystopia

Very much an old school escape room, very much embracing the padlock. The set is excellent and the story, especially when combined with the sister room, Utopia, is well beyond the norm. It is that contrast that elevates this room. Highly recommend playing them back to back.

Loved this room! One of our favourites we’ve ever done. Did this back to back with Utopia. Great set and plenty to do in the room. Played as a team of 3 and got out with 20 mins, but we were busy for the 40 mins we were playing. Really good atmosphere in the room and our GM Tom was really great.

A good paced game with lots of interesting puzzles. We really enjoyed this game and liked how it linked to another at the same venue.

Gen 2. Nice pace, good puzzles. Mix of styles. Good quality setting. 2 clues. Can be played to run straight into Utopia (which we did).

Really enjoyed this game. The connection between this and utopia made it even more enjoyable. Personally I preferred this part of the experience than Utopia as it’s more my kind of room but both rooms are amazing and really well designed and thought out

Immersion value on this game is huge. If you visit Make Your Escape, play this game and Utopia back to back. The story flows and interlinks in such a neat way that you can truly buy in. The puzzles were good, but some may find difficult. A good game and well worth a visit!

Such an interesting game. When dystopia and utopia are played at the same time, there is such an intriguing story that grips you throughout. Dystopia alone is so much fun!! The theming is perfect.
