This room was really amazing. There are a lot of puzzles to solve and each puzzle is different from the other. I love the fact that it is a 90-minute room it really gives you time to enjoy the experience and feel like you got a well worth game out of it. The game also starts with a few people in a different location, but don't want to give too much away but that really brought a fun element into it. There are techie puzzles and then more mechanical puzzles and there's a little bit of everything. This is a pretty hard level game but it's very fun and they give you up to 7 hints. The owner said there are 33 puzzles in the game which really is my favorite part because there is something for everyone to do. This room was built 8 years ago and since they have had such positive feedback they have not changed it. There are working slot machines and casino tables custom made for the room. Very nice it really feels like you're in a casino. The storyline was not confusing the puzzles made sense from one to another and didn't really come across a puzzle where if you couldn't figure out you were confused on how that even made sense for it to work that way. I honestly think it's one of my favorite rooms I have done. We did not experience any broken props and the workers are super nice.
Very welcoming.

Parking directly in front of the door and a parking lot right in the back. But the street parking is 10 feet from the door so you don't even need to use the back parking lot.

The GM doesn’t seem to enjoy her job. She barely treated us, didn’t make us feel welcome, was very slow with hints and rushed us out barely letting us get a picture. The pic that was sent to us was so blurry. Wish we could get our money back. The game was overly complicated just to make it hard and game flow didn’t make sense. Sometimes you should reevaluate the room when your success rate is 12%
The room was overly complicated just to make it difficult. One of the puzzles had a result show where you couldn’t even see it which made you think it wasn’t done right. GM had to send us a note on the screen to let us know we got it right. Another couple minutes lost.

My boyfriend is convinced she was outside smoking during our game play. The pic that was sent to us was so blurry. Wish we could get our money back.

One puzzle wasn’t broken but if you don’t do it perfect the first time you’re lost and they won’t listen to you when you tell them it’s impossible to get through. GM had to come in and fix it manually after we were begging her to fix it taking 4-5 minutes out of the game.

Terrible.. employee came into the room multiple times which takes away from the feeling of being trapped. Lots of things that didn’t work or weren’t reset.

Did not like this too much. Spoilers ahead, but we were split in the beginning and one of the rooms was kinda dumpy, while the other group was in the casino with a bit more visual stimuli. The experience was unbalanced. Also, a lot of locks and key puzzles. Too many. The room was poorly maintained. Some stations were also “red herrings,” but I suspect it was because that part of the room was broken. Story did not make sense and the puzzles did not accompany the story too well. There were puzzles just for the sake of having a puzzle.

The best part of the game was definitely the puzzles! Absolutely unique and tightly integrated with the theme. You can also see their creativity from the props they use. Beyond that, the owner told us the game was designed for corporate team building so they’re actually a lot of underlying purpose. The atmosphere might not be the best but it’s a wonderful room for puzzle lovers. It’s definitely overwhelming for 2 players but if you’re highly experienced, you can try it. I would recommend 3-4 players to do this room.

Overall it wasn’t a bad room. It definitely needed some updating with some of the puzzles not working properly. A little upsetting when you’re paying $50 plus per person for this room. Didn’t feel worth the price. It’s hard for me to say like, but also hard for me to say you didn’t like. I can see how this room would be great!
You know, it was a pretty decent room but a lot of glitches made the experience mediocre.

Recommend for larger groups, there is a lot to do with thematically-appropriate puzzles. Some cool moments with the tech, and a friendly GM made for a very positive experience
This was a fun room with A LOT to do. It’s non-linear and good for large groups
Real machines, definitely feel like you’re in a casino
GM was friendly and very insightful!
