We were quite disappointed with this. There weren't many puzzles and were told not to touch a LOT of items in the room. I had forgotten them all so was nervous to touch a few things in case we got a row! The room itself is very worn and when we asked for help we had to wait around 6 minutes until we were helped. This was because the games master was helping or putting in another room! We arrived on time but had to wait until 15 minutes after our start time (with no explanation why) before we were started at the same time as another room. The customer service is poor and there are not enough games masters to feel like you're valued or important. If getting out in a good time is important to you then I would avoid this one as you may not get the extra help you need when you need it.

The moment you walked in you were met with a very unprofessional woman. Who was sitting on her phone and then tried to up-sell another game before we even played the one we were booked for. On walking in to the game you could see Lots of props in the game that were either very badly worn or damaged. Along with lots of holes and damage on the wall panels. Lots of rules of “DO not do this” before we started. Felt like being told of before doing anything wrong. I hate this approach from games masters. I feel you should always Taylor your briefing towards the group. As a team who have done allot of escape rooms you do not need this level of rules and should not need to explain things like “how to open a padlock” When playing the game I Felt like they were not watching us at all as we got out in 25 mins and no one was there to greet us at the end. Waiting around about 8 mins before someone came.
