A creepy cabin is where Lilith, one of the most powerful demons, is believed to be manifested. It is thought that a girl that went missing roaming the woods arrived at the cabin where the curse of Lilith resides. It is up to you to enter the cabin, identify the presence and lift the curse for the young girl and all of existence. There is no place for evil in our world.

Great experience—even if it’s quite frightening for little children. Well paced story, immersive puzzles, and a few haunts! Me and my party finished with 15 minutes left. It was just 3 of us, and a great story for finishers.

I was cautious going into this based on prior reviews. I can confirm they're accurate. We were told at the beginning "we didn't need to ask for clues because they would provide us clues when they saw we needed help with something". In some cases we would get something open and I don't think 30 seconds would pass before we were told what to do. In general, I'm not a fan of dark rooms because it just makes solving things more difficult. For a completely dark room, I was surprised that they did not provide a light source. However, you were told you could use your phones for flashlights, Google, and calculators. Several puzzles were solved with us saying "I don't know how that worked, but I guess we got it right". We're still not sure if we did it right, or if they had some override buttons. Because we would try something once, it wouldn't work, then we'd try the exact same thing again and magically the second time it worked. I agree with most other reviews, many puzzles couldn't be solved unless you were told how to do them, and you felt pushed through the whole room. The sounds were so muffled by other sounds it was hard to understand when verbal messages were played.

Room was fun enough but as others have said, it is dark and the puzzles are greatly underclued. Story was decent and gameplay was diverse.

This is a fairly standard horror themed escape room, not completely free of Axxiom's trademark moon logic, but still a better experience than their previous horror room attempt "RV, er, Den of Death" or even "Vampire's Haven of Frustrating Nonsense." in Axxiom Wilmington. As such, it takes away the devious red herrings and unique hint system of Den of Death, and goes for a cheesy jump scare vibe. Expect to be inadvertently assaulted by a doll head if you're the kind to solve the puzzles directly. Watch or hear the barely audible television do spooky things, and the usual doors dropping down which are always startling, and would still be scary if they were in a room themed around saving puppies with rainbow bubbles. Am I digressing? Yes. Because there's very little I remember about this room that stood out. Assistance will likely be required to solve some of the weirder puzzles and activities, since it's not straightforward immediately. There's some very hidden collectibles that aren't all stored behind another puzzle, so search around VERY carefully as the room is dark and some are practically hidden in plain sight. It'll be a good intro room for some players, but having recently played a Bates Motel horror themed room, I've since learned what a horror escape room should feel like.

Gameplay

There's a good amount of collect and assemble going on in this room and some of the interactive elements aren't immediately obvious how to solve, but they're a good time nonetheless.

Atmosphere

It's dark, it's creepy and it's startling. Basically a perfect fit for the spooky Halloween horror popcorn flick theming.

Found this game to be an underclued mess. Several puzzles rely solely on trial and error and others are totally inaccessible if you have colorblind issues. Generous hints allowed us to finish
