7 escape rooms
I really enjoyed the lighting and the layout of the room. It matched the storyline and atmosphere. The puzzles weren't too difficult, but your eyes may need time to adjust if you're not using the available lighting. A clever mechanism puzzle provided a reveal which the team collectively did their "oohs" and "aahs".
Gameplay
Puzzles flowed well. We didn't stop to smell the roses and was told by the GM that there were some red herrings which we completely ignored. Pros and cons of linear rooms.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere was excellent. Props and lighting reflecting the theme. Good use of space. Clues and timer were delivered by a TV screen which breaks the immersion a bit but that's acceptable.
Customer service
GM Sean was very accommodating as we were from interstate for business. Welcoming staff on both days (we did 2 escape rooms).
