My partner and I did this room together. Overall the room was well decorated and on theme. There were some fun unexpected moments and we particularly liked the way the final escape happened. It was a bit busy when we arrived so the sounds of people talking outside did detract from the immersiveness a tiny bit at the beginning. But that didnt last long. We did have one hiccup where a piece of a puzzle was missing, however, we still managed to solve it using our intuition.

Great room with great setup and props and some really challenging puzzles. Game Master Emily was amazing. Flowed really well with a decent story. Our first time at Fox In A Box, but we’ll definitely be back when next in town.

This was a fun room for families that would like a little more of a challenge than beginners rooms.

‘Wild West Saloon’ packages family-friendly and first-timer fun into a cowboy escape experience. The logical flow of puzzles features a delightful little game-based puzzle in the middle that should bring a smile to kids, both adult-sized and small. While the theming hits all the cornerstones of a western tale, the game itself approaches and mostly maintains diegetic puzzling to construct the experience. It would be a great first room for beginners as it introduces a wide selection of puzzle types and unconventional object use with supportive clueing.

Game flowed well. The only stumbling point was connecting number sequences to combo locks — it was based on an assumed connection, rather than thematic or clue-based association. That being said, they ensure only one combo lock is at play at a time.
Atmosphere was great!

Great fun, really good Escape Room. A lot of puzzles, all within theme and style and some nice twists to already-known-methods. Room is quite big, so with 2 people you‘re really running around alot. But there‘s lots to discover and look out for and the puzzles are cleverly designed. Really liked this room, the cowboy theme and background music and decoration are well executed and established. Hats off! Or on?

My favourite room so far at FiaB! So very well decorated, good puzzles, the best puzzle direction I’ve seen in an escape room, so would very much recommend for beginners! If you’re experienced in escape rooms, you’ll absolutely speed through, but it was the most fun I’ve had in an escape room so far!
