The Hunt: Peter's Escape Adventure

Very kid friendly, my 5 and 7 year olds really enjoyed the room. They were able to assist us with a majority of the puzzles, my 5 year old was able to do one of the puzzles completely on his own. The room was small. It says up to 5 people but I feel like 3 or 4 adults should be the max to not be on top of each other. The bad part was one of the puzzles did not work, eventually our GM came in to try and ended up giving us the piece but we wasted a lot of time on it.

A cute theme with puzzles and searches/finds that were great and kept 2 adults entertained! We got out fast enough, not utilizing the full hour, but it was one of those rooms I have no complaints about for that since the puzzles were really good. Theme and storyline also stuck throughout, it was overall really good.

Great family friendly escape room to do with your kids. Space is pretty small so I wouldn't recommend more than 4, but they make really good use of their space. Slightly more challenging than you'd expect for a kid's room, but good to recommend for both enthusiasts and families. Mostly gen 1 locks but great theming and good variety of puzzles and clues. Our GM Alicia (I think) was fantastic. Some mechanisms could use some maintenance/improvement (a wooden object dropped and missed the pipe it was supposed to go into, but luckily no one was standing next to it), and one was fiddly in terms of "inserting". Those would be the only major criticisms I have of the room.

So cute. Family room for sure. Simple but so fun.

While we did not complete the room, we really enjoyed the theming and the puzzles. We got very hung up going the wrong direction at the beginning, and really laughed at ourselves after we got back on track. The room is mostly mechanical locks, but there are a few tech elements - they threw us for a loop since we were so focused on the mechanical locks! Be aware that room is very dimly lit and has two especially small mechanical locks which can be a challenge to manipulate and to see. The numbers on those two locks are 1/8” or slightly smaller.

This room was very cute with the theme provided. It has a good game flow and would be great for families.

Really cute game. Fun interaction with classic storybook characters. This owner will work with you to fit extra games within their schedule. They made me and my wife’s anniversary very special.
