The Library

It’s a cute little room that’s great for small groups. It’s completely linear, as in one puzzle at a time. The difficulty ranges from super easy to very confusing. It’s a difficulty curve that makes sense. However, the drawback is each puzzle is timed, and you only have a few minutes to solve each one, regardless of how much time you have left. I wish it was a little more like a traditional escape room and you could have more time if you finish previous puzzles early. Some instructions and logic aren’t all sound, which seems perfect for the “illogical society.” The scholarly magical vibe was great.

Great little room!! Novel gameplay featuring a linear series of small puzzles. A surprisingly wide range of puzzle types, and each one was uniquely satisfying. Definitely a bit lower in difficulty than I personally prefer, but I still had a fun time. Decor was also very well done.

This wasn’t a typical escape room! It was more like a timed series of puzzles. Each puzzle is timed individually and once your time is up you have to move on to the next one! I really enjoyed the setting and decorations! Our game master was awesome at explaining everything and giving us a chance at going back and solving the puzzles that we didn’t get during game play!
