Kidnapped and locked in your neighbor's basement, you must remain absolutely quiet as you try to find a way out. With only one operable light source in the room, getting too loud will kill all the power to your lights and cast the room into pure darkness. Can you escape before your deranged neighbor returns to silence you for good?

Best one at Deadline so far. We haven’t done witch doctor yet but so far our rankings go: 1. Dead Silence 2. Freakshow 3. Noir Part 1 4. Noir Part 2 5. Camp Ruby Lake: The Blood Moon 6. Camp Ruby Lake: Lady of the Lake

Gameplay

Fun and interesting puzzles that flowed well together. Good difficulty without being frustrating.

Atmosphere

The horror atmosphere was great. Couple of jump scares that I did not see coming. Props were awesome.

Customer service

GM was super helpful when we got stuck on one of the puzzles. It was totally our fault though (we tend to leave clues lying around everywhere).

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

The horror atmosphere and props tied together perfectly. It felt like being in a real life horror movie from the 80s.

Did this with my 2 daughters and we absolutely loved it! Creative puzzles, scary atmosphere (no live actors), and great storytelling! A smaller operation that holds up to bigger budget ones. 3 people seems ideal (could do with more, but might take away from the experience since it’s a smaller area).

Shhhh 🤫 A different type of room with a fun mechanic. I wish there was more of a penalty for making noise though, and that it was more sensitive. Smaller space, I wouldn’t go over 3. Sofia was a great host!

This was one of my favorites. It's creepy and really immersive, the pacing is great and the puzzles were very well designed. Everything worked really well and the room was incredibly creative.

Enjoyable room with a nice pre-recorded voice actor at the beginning to set the mood. A couple creepy moments and jump scares, but overall not very scary. We had a team of three and escaped with almost 14 minutes left despite the GM having to come in to unjam three locks. Probably could have easily done it with two. The lights will not turn off when you use your voice (unless you yell), but there are plenty of things that clang in the room. Enjoyed the transition between the first and second room. My rankings for the games at Deadline (all are worth playing): 1. Freak Show 2. Witch Doctor 3. Camp Ruby Lake: Lady of the Lake 4. Camp Ruby Lake: Blood Moon 5. Dead Silence 6. Noir Episode 1 7. Noir Episode 2

Very surprising room! As a person who is not a big fan of horror or scary things; it was enjoyable for sure! All of the puzzles were very interactive and flowed so well with 3 people doing the room. Highly recommend!

Puzzles were fine, one thing broke but they fixed it well. I just don’t like the blood and gore thing.

This is probably my favorite of theirs, the atmosphere is compelling and the story really drives the clue forward. The clues are a little challenging but not too difficult for people to catch onto

The room is creepy and definitely meant for an older audience. The set is well themed, the puzzles were fun while sticking to the theme. We did it with a larger group, which was a bit cramped until we opened up another area. We were able to accidentally bypass a few puzzles by just trying things in line with common use /sense.
