With how many hearts and thumbs ups this room has I thought we were going to get something more than what we got. This company seems to be quantity of rooms over quality of room. The space did not make us feel like we were in space or a spaceship, seems more like a jail cell on a budget. It was all painted plywood. The puzzles did not fit the theme except one of them. Most of them were finding 3 or 4 digit codes and trying to find what lock they work for.
Gameplay
There was only one puzzle that was themed to the room. Lots and lots of 4 digit locks.

Hello! We're sorry you felt disappointed with War for the Galaxy, but we feel you're being far too critical of it-as you yourself said, many people absolutely loved the room! This specific escape room contains just as many puzzles that DO use physical locks as ones that do NOT-maybe your definition of "Most" is not correct? We do everything we can to provide fun, immersive experiences, but our small, family-owned business is definitely NOT able to simulate the vast, cold, emptiness of space! We'd love it if you could provide some constructive criticism for how we could have impressed you more with the room-every puzzle definitely DOES have something to do with the theme of the room so we're not sure why you think otherwise. As for your "quantity over quality" comment, that's very hurtful! We think you should probably play more than one of our rooms before passing judgement on the other 8 that you haven't even seen inside.
