A little while ago in a galaxy kinda far away, there was a brave group of resistance fighters who had a secret base on an icy planet. But the evil dictatorship has just discovered the location of the base, requiring a rapid evacuation. Your team is in the control room of the base and will need to fire the base's ionic cannons in order to allow enough transport ships to escape. You'll be racing against the clock as the ground battle has already begun and the evil dictator could arrive at the base at any time. Will you be able to get everyone to safety before it's too late?

Was not immersive, clues were hard to understand and not explained well, and puzzles were ok.
Really boring.

Medium at best. Only because the puzzles were easy and the clue were bad.

The Walkie-talkie died while we in the middle of the game. Which is what you would need to communicate with the game master. Which then caused the game master to have to enter into the room to give the clues which we did not prefer OR ask for.

If you’re an escape room enthusiast, I wouldn’t recommend this escape location. I’ve done two rooms here and had very poor experiences each time. The rooms are not immersive and the theme doesn’t match the room. The design of the rooms are just an office room with puzzles plopped inside. For this specific room, the walkie talkie died which was our communication to the GM so the GM came into our room to give us clues and she would just come in whenever she wanted to tell us information about the puzzles. It wouldn’t have been a big deal for her to come into the room every once in a while but she came in every few minutes. Plus, the clues that she gave were incoherent and not helpful as she just repeated the same clue. If you’re new to escape rooms, there are better ones out there, I promise. If I could get a refund for this room and the other one I did at this location, I would. The clue system at this establishment in Bentonville is awful. They have the same clue system in Fayettville and it’s terrible…you have to wait until the GM thinks you’re having trouble and then you have to wait until they walk into the room to give a clue. I don’t know why they thought this was a good idea What boggles my mind though is the 5 star reviews on Google…they have to be PAID reviews because the games at NWA Escapes at both Fayetteville and Bentonville suck. They’re rip off games of fan favorite movies and games. They will use the content from the movie or game which I’m pretty sure isn’t allowed and then call it something else so they don’t get sued. In this particular game they call it Space Wars instead of Star Wars…and they used clips in the movie in the game…a rip off of a classic movie. There was a pac man like machine in the room and my friend and I were so done with this room since it didn’t make sense that we had more fun making up our own game on the machine 😂 The design of the rooms are also abysmal…think of a blank office space. Now add little decorations with puzzles sprinkled in… Save your money and don’t play these games. My group’s favorite company around here is Ozark Escapes. You’re welcome.

Understanding the puzzles were difficult but the puzzles were easy. They weren’t clear.
