Boudreaux’s Diner

I don’t understand the thumbs downs on this room. Yes, it’s definitely a Gen 1 room, but it’s a great mom and pop place and they definitely had their hearts in it. It was not confusing and it flowed just fine. It would be a great room for beginners and people who just enjoy the theming of rooms instead of those who focus on everything being high tech.

Horrible flow to this room with most clues being absolutely random. Not fun and staff didn’t seem to care much about the experience although they were nice.

We were so close on the Dead and Breakfast we decided to take a shot on this room while there. We are beginners and my SIL did this room ourselves as a group of 2. This was a fun game with many “obvious” things we totally missed which stalled us and ultimately caused us not to escape. We were seconds from solving the final puzzle though. If experienced escapers, I would recommend 1-2 to make more challenging but a group of 4 would be fine for beginners or a family. Staff very friendly and was willing to give tips on how we could have done better as a learning tool. Will return to try other rooms with a group!
