Not a great room. Run down, so dark, and puzzles were broken. Game Master had to come in and fix the room twice. We didn’t have a great experience.
Gameplay
Some fun puzzles, but a lot of wear and tear, and some of the puzzles didn’t work.

Dusty, and run down.
Customer service
Had to ask the GM several times to help with a broken puzzle. Tried to resolve the issue ourselves, to which he finally came in and was a little rude. Not a great feeling.

I’m ignorant as to how their Haunt is, but I’m guessing pretty good. Unfortunately this doesn’t translate into a good escape room. Lighting or lack thereof was the biggest issue.

Lack of light made a pedestrian escape room just bad.

All things considered, not too bad of a room looking back on it. It's worth noting that if you call they are more than willing to match a Groupon and they appreciate you skipping the middle man. The room itself was pretty small. One piece of technology stands out in particular as something I hadn't ever seen before or since. Pretty clever. The rest was pretty traditional key and combination.
