This Christmas-themed room was outstanding (even for June)! It was very well designed and the puzzles were excellent. This room brought back all kinds of great Christmas movie memories. There is a lot of room to play, are a lot of puzzles, and was just a blast overall.
Gameplay
Excellent game play! We moved from one movie to another and it was completely immersive. I'm not sure if we had a leg up, knowing the movies we were playing, but the puzzles were all true to each individual movie. We have played a number of Christmas themed rooms but this one was unique from every other one we've done.
Atmosphere
Each portion of the room was outstanding in its design, to the point that we hesitated every time we moved along because the set designs were so eye-catching. The puzzles all supported the room and there were a good number in each part of the room. The props were totally immersive and a lot of fun to experience.
Customer service
Outstanding GM! We only received a little help and they let us flail before they stepped in, or else they waited until we requested a clue. We still finished with 16+ minutes, but they did not rush us along in any way.

Yes
A Christmas room, yes. But it was different from any of the others we've played so far. It was not an issue playing this room in June...it was just that good.
Story
The puzzles for each part of the room fully supported the overall quest to escape. Each part was unique and there were some very immersive designs that made parts very memorable.

Easy
Easy to medium. The puzzles were mostly linear and progression was relatively straightforward. This seems like it would be an excellent beginner experience.

There were plenty of locks but there was also a lot of well designed tech. An excellent mix!

We played with our normal team of three. Some parts of the room were a little tighter and we wouldn't have wanted (or needed) any more than four.

Eight is my normal recommendation based on the puzzles and experience (a little older depending on the content) but this room could go a little younger (especially the final room) since it is Christmas based and very well designed.

I'm sure there are work arounds, but there is some crawling required and a little bit of reaching for some higher puzzles. The room is well-lit.
