Prison Break: Warden Strikes Back!

Our second room at Escape: Division in Spokane was Prison Break: Warden Strikes Back. This was a really enjoyable room and a great addition to our escape room road trip from Calgary, Alberta. Right from the beginning, you’re separated, so this is a room where communication and teamwork are especially important. If your group works well together, that can be fun. If everyone tends to do their own thing, it can really block your progress. There’s more technology in this room than in The Haunting of Room 13, although it’s still not what I would consider a high-tech escape room. What it does have is a good variety of puzzles, which kept things interesting. We needed several hints, and we came very close to running out of time. It was a good room!

In all the escape rooms within an hour of Spokane, this is our favorite! Simple theming and everything in the room is a clue. puzzles all went smoothly and this one really puts your teamwork skills to the test! highly recommend!

God we loved this room! Even though we allllmost got out but failed, we still had a blast. There were so many fun elements in the room, and it everything felt well done with great touches in the theme. We’ve done other prison rooms that were a bit more immersive but this was still fabulous.

I enjoyed the challenge of being trapped in separate cells with two groups and having to work together to solve each other’s puzzles. It also had some fun mechanical features that shocked us!
