Escape Truck

Escape Truck was another really fun room at NorCal Escape Co.! What impressed me the most was how well they used such a small space. At first, you might think there’s no way you would need the full hour for a room this size, but trust me—you’d be surprised. They managed to fit a good amount of puzzles, clues, and things to discover without making the room feel overly cramped. Everything felt well placed and within reach. Difficulty-wise, I’d put it around medium. The puzzles weren’t too hard, but there was still enough to keep us thinking and engaged throughout the game. Just like with Fox Tail Saloon, the theme matched the story really well, and the puzzles also fit naturally with the game. Nothing felt randomly thrown in, which made the experience feel more immersive and complete. Overall, Escape Truck was a really enjoyable room with great use of space, solid puzzles, and a theme that worked well from start to finish. Definitely don’t underestimate this room because of its size—there’s more here than you would expect! Give Escape Truck a try while you still can! Sadly, NorCal Escape Co. is closing down by the end of October, so if this one is on your list, play it before it’s gone!

What an incredible use of the space! Despite it only being truck sized, the game packed a lot of puzzling fun in. The atmosphere was great, and puzzles were simple and clever and a delight to solve. The GM was also fantastic here. Highly recommend this one!

Such a great use of space and on theme with the whole experience! We had a blast being transported as prisoners and the whole experience felt super immersive. There were cute personalized touches. Really well done for a mobile escape room and they have ac so it’s a super comfortable experience. Jamie the owner was fantastic!

I was very skeptical when my sister said she booked an escape room on a truck... but I was blown away by the quality and ingenuity of the game. The puzzles were fun and interesting. The attention to detail and upkeep of the room was top notch- everything worked the way it was supposed to and there were fun surprises along the way. The GM who onboarded us was hilarious and made the experience all the more fun! Highly recommend!

Great use of space in this short prison bus. I think this was my favorite room here.

I think this was my favorite room at NorCal Escape - it was a clever use of space and all the puzzles seemed fair. There was one unexpected personalization moment which I haven't seen before. We did have one reset failure, but it didn't affect the game much.

Our favorite escape room experience we've done, by far. Love the storyline and love what they've done with just a truck. 10/10
