Loved the local relevance of the theme and how well the set pieces were devised! There were also some nice unique gameplay elements that I hadn't seen before in the dozens of other rooms we've completed. A real treat!

We do most rooms as a duo and this felt like a good room for that, but another pair could easily fit. Definitely wouldn't recommend more than 4.

This is a truly excellent room, definitely my favorite of the three at Olde City. I'm not sure why some of the other commenters think this room is overhyped. The theming was well done, and there was a wide variety of very interesting, diverse, and challenging puzzles. Highly recommend this room!

if you’re going to be in Philadelphia, this is the room that you want to do. First off, I don't know if another game set in a boxing gym. Think Stranger Things: the 1980s vibe with some "unusual" things happening after someone stole an artifact. Bring your friends and your thinking caps and you might make it out!

not an easy room, but good puzzling and good flow. I think we were lucky to make it out!

The gym felt like an old 80's gym from the vibe and without spoiling anything, the second room was strange and unusual! Good sets, very immersive

This room is good but I think it gets higher praise than how much it excites me. The theme isn’t bad but it isn’t attention grabbing for me either. The name of the room is cool and the aesthetic for me is blah.

Game progressed well. I did feel that one part where you follow stuff wasn’t as obvious as maybe it should’ve been.

It's described as Stranger Things meets The Goonies and they were not wrong. The room starts by entering a "gym" with a backpack. The lights are off and we have flighlights. We have to search around for a key to open the light switch and turn the lights on, which was an incredibly immersive start. The challenges were all unique and theme-specific. There were coded messages, answers right under your nose--or feet, and a surprise that brought the supernatural elements to the next level. Fascinating story with a blend of the mundane and the supernatural.

Loved the aesthetics of the lobby and the hospitality of the amazing staff. Esza was our game master and gave great instructions starting our game and setting the mood for our story. I loved the logical flow of the puzzles and the soundtrack was amazing throughout the game. The puzzles were fun and even felt a sense of urgency. One spot did make me jump and laughed right after which is a great sign of decor and fun. Definitely will be back!

I wasn't necessarily excited by this theme, but the room had so many neat puzzles that were unique to this room that I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely a fun room!

We’d never played an escape room with this theme, so it was a nice change-up from the usual. Not being from Philly, some of the references were lost on us, but we still enjoyed it. A lot of physical puzzles.
