We really enjoyed Hellevator, it’s a very high-tech room with lots of special effects. Most of the puzzles were code and password based, but the overall experience was great. It starts with a video which introduced the back story and characters. Our guide Emma was very friendly and super passionate about the games, she got us into the room quickly and looked after us throughout the game and afterwards. Would highly recommend this game and Clue HQ in general
Mostly padlocks and codes, but with some very novel elements. It was a little Confusing at the start as it was one room, but made a lot more sense once we had started
Clue HQ is a great looking centre nestled under the railway bridge near snow hill station. The game itself was superb, with great details and visual audio and physical elements. It really felt like we were in a terrifying elevator. The setup was very high tech with lighting and special effects.
We were running late and our guide was very helpful. Emma was very friendly, got us into the room quickly. She gave us a few clues to keep us on track, so we were still able to escape even with slightly less time. Emma looked after us during and after the game and was one of the most passionate hosts we’ve experienced.
The story was good, there was a good video introduction before the puzzles started. The stages of the escape room were well themed.

This room is possibly the smallest we’ve played, but the size of space does not in any way reflect on the quality and quantity of puzzles. Through clever methods, this room evolves at every stage, and has some neat little surprises. Cool story, could have been driven a little harder and been a little scarier! All in all, it’s excellent still, and totally worth a visit!

Could have used the “online live stream” aspect more than just in the intro. Story got a little lost to some extent.

This was a wow factor game & the fact that we didn’t escape did not spoil an amazing experience. This isn’t a big room but every inch of it is used to make this a brilliant experience. We did this room as a pair & were rushed off our feet trying to do everything quickly enough & were 1 puzzle short of escaping- though I know it has been completed by other pairs. This room uses technology as well as good old fashioned puzzles, lots of locks & a couple of jump scares to give an hour or so of entertaining fun which has remained within our top 10 rooms.
Set in just 1 room, but EVERYTHING is in play!
Has its own special wow factor. It’s a small room, but every surface is in play!

This is a small room so you’d struggle to fit a large group in there, but conversely there’s a lot to do.

Like the all in one game show style. Lots crammed in to one space.
