After hours of trekking through the eerie forest, you have finally found old Miss Locket’s cabin in the woods, just as night is about to fall. Residents of the nearby village have had enough of the havoc that this “retired” witch is causing with her trusty spell-book and they’ve selected you to put an end to her sorcery, once and for all! Your task: Get inside the cabin, find her spell-book and escape with it... Can you succeed where others have failed?

A really fun witchy room involving spell-casting, potions and riddles. You’ll have to be very observant to succeed and hold your nerve as you venture into the witches domain. I wasn’t expecting this room to be quite so spooky! There were a couple of creepy jump scares in there, but nothing awful. The general creepy vibe remains throughout the whole game. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back to play the rest of Dreadlock’s rooms at some point.

A super room with a great atmosphere. My children’s first room and the GM made them feel exceptionally welcome and readied them for gameplay. I would highly recommend this game to enthusiasts and newbie’s as it is such a great room with some cool little tricks and a great range of puzzles for all. Well done Dreadlock, knocked it out the park with this one!

While on holiday with family I decided to take my brother to his first escape room which just so happened to be "Witch Way Out" and after completing it, he was hooked and we played their other two rooms. Witch way out in my opinion was the perfect introduction for my brother into escape rooms, with interesting and well themed puzzles and in game secrets it made an excellent first impression for him. The room itself is more spooky than scary although there were a few jumpscare moments that got our hearts racing. The room offered an additional challenge on top of escaping and when we found this out we had no choice but to complete it. Well themed room with incredible set design and puzzles that really made use of this. An ever expansive room that was enjoyable from start to finish. All in all probably my preferred room at DreadLock. Difficulty - 3.5 / 5 Puzzles - 4 / 5 Theming - 4 / 5 Set Design - 4 / 5 Enjoyment - 4 / 5 Value For Money - 5 / 5
