The concept is good and there are some cool ideas for puzzles/surprises here and there, but for the most part is a very frustrating escape room because most of the clues feel very disjointed. Our first 40 minutes in the room were not very fun because we kept getting stuck on basically the same puzzle and the clues in teh room were not very intuitve. The hint system really needs a revamp too... there is no way to directly contact the game master so you are often left just on your own waving your hands for help until they then see you and type a message that appears on a screen in the room.
