It started off as the time of a lifetime. You and your group were visiting Africa - the cradle of civilization - on an expedition to provide food and aid to those in need. But as they say...no good deed goes unpunished. Your trip just took a very unexpected turn. After leaving the mainland in route to your next stop in Madagascar, your organization’s cargo plane begins to experience mechanical issues. The plane’s lights continue to flicker on and off, but the pilot assures you everything will be fine. After an hour passes, you hear an alarm and the plane begins to descend rapidly. Your situation just got a lot worse. Your plane has crashed in the middle of the Indian Ocean. You have 60 minutes to escape the cargo hold before it sinks to the bottom of the sea. Your group will need to work together to make the most important emergency exit of your lives.

It was a good room. It does start out in pitch dark though and doesn’t get much lighter. As my eyesight isn’t the best, this on is not my favourite situation. However, game play was good and there were a few surprises. Room was immersive and gameplay made sense.

Overall not a bad experience. Room was clean & in reasonably good condition. Puzzles were well thought out and room seemed to flow well. Only real negative was the low lighting and loud speakers meant to create the immersive experience. The combination of light & noise greatly slowed things down and added quite a bit of difficulty.
Room was poorly lit & fairly loud with sound effects. Added a higher degree of difficulty to room

Liked the room design but did not like the rule about the hints and losing time.

Overall this was a gun room, it has seen better days with some wear and tear and we did run into technical issues at one point which meant we needed a GM to intervene to give us the clue we were missing. It had some fun surprises and some interesting puzzles. It is a good room to do with a family and even enthusiasts will appreciate the simple but fun immersion of this pretty simple room

I enjoyed this room! It’s not one that blew me away by any means but it was definitely fun and worth taking a jab at! The ambiance tracks in all their rooms really add to the experience.
Some props and aspects of the room were worn and could use some tlc, but overall it was really well done! The soundtrack really made it an immersive experience, and I swear it kind of smelled like a stuffy airplane? Maybe my nose was having a flashback to the last time I flew haha

It had aspects of both but I’d say majority of puzzles were mechanical.

This room is wheelchair accessible for the most part. Auditory cues are utilized for one puzzle so the hearing impaired may be affected. Lighting is moderate/dim.
