Prison Break

Very good room. We have done all the other rooms at this location and this one, splitting your group into two cells to start the experience, is very unique. Communications is important. We were split up for over 20 minutes to start the experience but it was very cool. We liked the room but for the most part, Playground was the consensus favorite room we have done there among my group.

We did this as a group of 4 (2 teens, 2 adults, all with experience with escape rooms). We were successful, but we did get stuck in two places that needed help. One was a door that was physically stuck (so they had to tell us to go ahead and push really hard; we were correct to try and open it) and one was a puzzle in the final room that we were completely stuck on. We had almost the right idea, but we couldn't quite figure it out. It's a very fun room and one of the harder ones we've done.

This was a very difficult room. Despite that, the room was well done.

A good room, but definitely one of TEG's harder rooms. This is a room where you REALLY don't want to be with strangers, in my opinion; you are separated out into two cells at the beginning, making communication an absolute necessity. Unfortunately TEG is one of the few non-private escape companies left, but if you book super early in the morning or other off-hour time slots, you should be successful booking the room by yourself without having to pay the fairly hefty private room upcharge. This is a difficult room, but doable with two IF you are experienced and know when to ask for help. There were a few mildly confusing points - at one point a piece of glass/plastic you need to look through really needs a clean or to be replaced - but otherwise everything flowed smoothly. Very friendly gamemasters at this location!

Best escape room I might have ever done.

My wife and did this room and it was a lot of fun. Some reviews may suggest a large group due to the amount of puzzles. I will admit there is a lot going on, but I feel if you have prior experience you can handle it. The theming and atmosphere are spot on. Object usage was imaginative even though similar to other rooms we’ve played. Overall we were very pleased with this room experience. Keep it up Escape Game. We’ll be back.

Fun room with some common puzzles applied in new ways! Exciting to break out of prison and earn our freedom!

This was a pretty fun game where your team is split in two at the beginning, though you do join together pretty soon after. It's fun getting to interact across rooms where you don't have perfect knowledge of what the other person is seeing. Beyond that the room isn't too hard. There were some parts broken when I did the room, which was kind of a let down, and overall the room wasn't too hard. We even solved some parts without knowing how, which I personally find to be somewhat of a let down. Fun room overall though, and great set design!

Fun room with a physicality to the puzzles just as a regular prison break. Fantastic atmosphere. There were a couple things we didn’t use which surprised me but good room.
