We completed the room when it was modified for the holidays, the "SUBmerged! Holiday Escape."

This is actually a replay for me and it’s been four years since. It was with a different group and it wasn’t the greatest experience. During this visit we were playing Elevator and Olympus. Chad, the CEO who happened to be at this location, had a proposition for us. He said if our group adds this room to our itinerary, I would be comped and it would be discounted. And we all said YES! I ended up enjoying this room better this time. I took a backseat for most of it since I’ve done, but I don’t remember much. I was also realizing how much I’ve improved as an escape artist. We all had a clear idea what had to be done. The room does a great job letting us know that. It’s non-linear which supports large groups. Although, I wish the space would be tighter to make it feel like a submarine. I did notice one of the puzzles changed since the last time I’ve done it and its a lot better. Really fun room!

Unfortunately while my fiancé and I were playing, a large group of intoxicated 40 year olds were in the lobby making so much noise we could hardly focus on our game. The game master was trying to keep them quiet and was not paying attention to us and we were trying to ask for a hint for about 15min before I finally exited the room to get the GM’s attention for a hint. About 10 min later one of the intoxicated adults in the lobby leaned on our door which opened and no one bothered closing it so I had to go and close the door. At that point I was just ready to leave and did not even want to finish the game. Our GM apologized and gave us a few extra minutes for the lost time but we payed way too much money as a group of two to have all of these issues come up. I’m sure it was just an odd circumstance but still frustrating to say the least. The game itself was okay, definitely outdated.

It was alright. We didn’t even use all the puzzles to escape but still a fun room! Good for a group of 3-4!

GM was amazing and the room was so detailed. I loved so many aspects of this place.

The design in this room was cool. But some areas of the room didn’t work well when we went. We have done a couple other rooms from this company and they were great. So it was probably just some kinks in the room at the time we did it, unfortunately.

I really wanted to like this room! However, when we went, a lot of the puzzles were broken and the room was not completely reset so things were open when they should have been closed or things that SHOULD have opened didn’t open. Had everything been working properly, I think this room would have been really fun.

This was much better than the Elevator room. Set design was awesome and the puzzle flow was nice. Puzzles worked and it was decently challenging for a group of 3! The story was a little cheesy, but we enjoyed the environment!

I’m not a huge fan of submarine escape rooms which is why I gave this room a thumbs down. Some of the puzzles were also very iffy, and whenever we would ask for a hint the game master would take a while to reply as if they were busy doing something else. I would not recommend this room
