Sadly, I didn’t read the reviews before going. Nobody recommends. Don’t waste your time- awful service and broken puzzles that ruined experience.

I would not recommend this room. Too easy for experienced escapers and not kept up enough for newbies. Customer service is lacking
Gameplay
Very lackluster with many puzzles that didn’t seem to work correctly leading to drawers opening without completing multiple puzzles. Faded clues that were hard to read. Completely silent with no music. The only 2 combo locks were not reset well so half the combo were already there.

There was no music until we completed the room. Room was a bit rundown. Puzzles didn’t all work correctly

He seemed preoccupied. He didn’t walk us to the room, didn’t offer to take a picture, didn’t seem to value customer’s happiness.

2 of 2 combo locks were only halfway reset. Some drawers and cabinets opened without having to use the exact answer. 3 big puzzles were not used due to that. We didn’t realize we beat the room with certain outlined spots unused

Voodoo is a fun room with a good storyline and enjoyable moments. Like the other rooms at lockdown, awesome for introducing to the hobby. I brought a corporate group here once for team building and they all loved it.

This room needed some work when we did it. Hopefully it’s fixed up now but it was riddled with broken puzzles and at one point someone needed to come in and rip a drawer open and they didn’t even stop our timer. This was also our first room with a SMELL aspect and it kind of soured the concept for us, as there were basically no smells to be had.

Another fun room. Did it as a group of 6 experienced players so it was a bit easy for us but still fun and worth doing. Great room for beginners or small groups of experienced players.

This was a fun room, loved the spooky voodoo vibe and had some unique puzzles. Had a lot of people in our group so could have been less. The ending was anticlimactic
