This room was really.good.with excellent puzzles and some.out of the box thinking. It was the first Amazing Escaperoom that felt like it wasn't a beginner's room. The atmosphere is pretty solid, the decorations are cool and the storyline is fun. Warning: This speakeasy is the same as Blind Tiger Speakeasy, and might be the same as a few others. I've been tentative on doing other speakeasy style rooms in the area. I'll update this post when I see a few more - I plan on asking the staff if I can see the Speakeasy room before I book it. I suggest you do the same. I'm not mad at this happening, I just know some people budget an escaperoom into their income and I'd like to prevent you from doing two the same.

Apart from some color puzzles, I believe this is very accessible.

I just can't appreciate this place's policy that you can't get clues at the first 10 minutes or last 10 minutes, and you have to wait 10 minutes between clues. This escape room had a puzzle that required you to press a certain number of colored buttons a number of times. The problem? Some buttons needed to be pressed more than once, and some needed more than one button of the same color pressed at once. We're talking WAY too permutations, and the clues aren't good enough. Add in the 10 minute clue rule, and you either know exactly they're looking for, or you're screwed. I'm really hoping that other Amazing Escape locations don't have this rule, because I'd love to try another location by this company.
didn't flow well at all. If you don't need clues, great. If you do, good luck.
Our GM didn't really care about us.

We had a great time with Speakeasy. Itβs a really well done room with a good variety of puzzles. All the puzzles worked well and the room theme was really fun. Highly recommend!

ASK FOR MAYA. She was so awesome, so sweet, knew everything about her rooms, and so funny. Had a great experience.

This was my second time at the Princeton location. If you go, ask for MAYA! She is the best game master at this location and probably in the whole company. The room itself was really great for larger groups. (We had 8 people and it was perfect.) itβs very non linear.
I have played a similar version of this game before at expedition escape and tbh this one is better.
It definitely feels like a 1920s speakeasy
This was my second time at this location and we had called to ask for Maya. Because she is such a good game master. We love her and went here almost specifically for her. Check out my pawn shop review for more context.

One of my favorite escape rooms. The room flowed smoothly with 3 people, and there were plenty of puzzles so nobody felt like they were standing there while others solved problems. Would recommend for 4+ people. The atmosphere is great, and the βhigh-techβ puzzles worked flawlessly. Highly recommend.
Great room for a group of 4+. Plenty of puzzles to notice and solve alongside others. Did the room with 3 but 2 would cut it close due to the sheer amount of puzzles.
Great speakeasy theme, everything pretty authentic/immersive.

A lot of puzzles for 2-3 people.
