Secret Subway is our newest and most difficult room, this is why we decided to make it 75 minutes long. The atmosphere of the room is reminiscent of Jules Verne, it is a true steampunk room that was created based on a true story with a twist. You enter the world of an inventor who would deserve all the glory but was sadly forgotten about – you will also realise this as you turn on their fantastic inventions! You final goal is to find the name of the inventor and escape from the trap they set up! As you may be accustomed to at E-Exit, this escape room is also full of surprising twists and turns and effects you wouldn’t even think of. We tried our best to create a room that provides maximum challenge and experience, and based on our players’ feedback, we succeeded! Of course, the final moments of the room are absolutely unique as well. Secret Subway is especially recommended to experienced players and enthusiasts; beginners should choose one of our easier rooms first! The room is recommended for bigger teams.

Really great room, best game we have played outside of the US and probably a top 5 room experience overall for us. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming through Budapest to play all of E-Escape games.

It's always hard to live up to the hype, and we had heard a lot of good things about the room. It was great in many ways, with elements that impressed us, but also disappointed just the tiniest bit. Still; creative, professional and with a good vibe, we definitely recommend it. David was a wonderful game master.

The game flows almost too well, as it's very linear and even has a certain signalling 🚥 system telling you when to attempt what. I think it could have done without it. A part of the experience is the thwarting feeling of being stuck.

Having done over 230 escape rooms, we were delighted to come across this room which contains mostly unique puzzles and events which we have never seen before. The room is packed with fun and engaging puzzles.

Possibly one of my favourite ever rooms (23 at time of review) the story is immersive, the set is incredibly well put together and I would say this is a must do in budapest for escape roomers. If you are used to UK difficulties, i would aim to get out in 60 minutes and call it hard difficulty, at 75 minutes I think the safety blanket of time is generous, we nearly got out with 30 minutes spare as a 2. But I suppose it makes the room more accessible to all levels of experience which is only a good thing! IMPORTANT: venue is cash only however, you can buy gift cards online. Buy them online before your room to avoid ATM fees if you don't have the HUF to hand already and need to pay by card. Don't let the cash only stop you doing the room!

Medium in 75 minutes, hard if you're up to challenge yourself I recommend you shoot for a sub 60 time and then it is probably hard difficulty. It's achievable.

The staff is very friendly. The room was more task oriented than puzzle oriented. Ending was fun.
