The Home

I believe Andrea was our clue master for The Home, and she was terrific! The clues were well timed and she was obviously following along with us as we went throughout the room. We decided to do The Agency upon her recommendation. Of The Dig, The Agency, and The Home, The Home is a lot more straightforward, and it would be my personal recommendation for beginners.

We liked this room but agree with the other comments on the flow being a bit disjointed. It worked for us because it was 4 of us (we are usually only 2) so everyone could solve puzzles on their own and be engaged. I have a soft spot for Victorian styled rooms, which might be skewing my rating :)

Echoing what other reviewers have reported- the room seems a bit thrown together as an afterthought. Props were sparse/bare bones and some electronics were finicky. Additionally, some of the clues were reaches and required hints from GM. GM was ultimately the highlight of this room as they were kind and enthusiastic. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this room gameplay wise.

This game is just ok. The room feel like it was installed on a second thought. Some of the puzzles the connections are loose, making it hard to solve the puzzle. I find all escape rooms are fun, but I would try the other rooms in this location before his one.

A good classic room! A theme like this feels somewhat overdone but this was a great creative twist on it. I thought this room was a bit complex but I enjoyed.

I thought this was relatively fun - I liked the theme and had a good time, but the room was definitely a little outdated. Some of the puzzles required pretty big logic leaps. Overall, glad I didn’t but not my favorite

This remains the most convoluted escape room I’ve done, where it truly felt like you couldn’t advance through the puzzles without a lot of help. I left still not understanding the logic between how you’d get one from one thing to another. Some big reaches required. I don’t think that’s the sign of a good room. You should feel like it all made sense after even if you were stuck. You just KNOW the feeling of a good escape room, and this is not one.

To this day, this is still the worst room I have ever done in my life. I went to this location wanting to solo a room as a challenge, and this was the only one available. Right off the bat, they didn't reset the room correctly so I had access to the final lockbox. This caused a lot of confusion when I was solving a puzzle that led to accessing that. At no point did the gamemaster let me know that I was wasting my time until I straight up asked for a hint on where to use my new found information. Not to mention that this puzzle was extermely hard to decipher visually because of EXTREMELY small font. The pre-loaded hints were all garbage. Set design was pretty barebones, and the last room really didn't fit the theme in my opinion. My biggest gripe was that the final puzzle was incredibly obtuse that I legitimately would've never figured out how to operate in a million years. When I asked the gamemaster to demonstrate this for me, he wasn't even able to do it himself. I am not exaggerating when I say that you need surgical precision to operate this puzzle. Easily the worst puzzle I have ever encountered. The cherry on top is that the final lockbox locks you out for 5 minutes if you put the incorrect code after like 3 times. Like WHY would any escape room designer think this artificial time gating would be okay?? Just so many astoudingly bad design decisions and tons of quality of life annoyances along with incredibly weak theming that makes this an easy avoid.

This is the first time I did NOT escape an escape room since the very first time I did one. But the extreme difficulty is a result of severe jumps in logic masked by an egregious number of red herrings, namely in the final room. The elements that all come together to form the final puzzle are obtuse and frustrating, and arriving at it also requires a certain level of precision that is very difficult to arrive at. And although we had a GREAT GM, the pre-loaded hints we received were confusing as well. I have to say I did not enjoy this room

Another bad and outdated room from this company. Very few puzzles and some of them were very big stretches as to what the answer actually was. When asked how we felt about the game we gave our honest opinion and were then basically told we were wrong and that people love this game. It was a very interesting experience, but I really would not recommend this room at all. Also I watched the owner treat the staff with disrespect numerous times, even yelling at them. I couldn’t recommend this place less.
