Jungle Drums

We found this room to be fun. The room was well themed and the puzzles fit the theme. The room and puzzles made you feel like you were in a friendly, non-scary, version of the Jumanji movie. We made it out with just 2 people. Very linear room that which worked well for 2 people but had room for plenty more. We needed a few nudges but nothing too difficult. GM Ken (the owner) did a great job nudging us when needed. He was also fun to talk to before and after our rooms.

Jungle Drums is more than a Jumanji game, it’s a really fun diversion for a rainy afternoon with younger relatives.

The room seemed a little worn down and something’s were missing. Overall I went with the family and we had a fun time.

Overall the game was creative and flowed well. There is a slight bottleneck at time but otherwise an excellent game. The game master was excellent explaining the rules, the game and timely hints.

This company does a great job. I would say Jungle Drums is one of their easier rooms with fairly straightforward puzzles. I recommend playing with a smaller group due to the size of the room and linear puzzles. The theme and story was done well especially if you’re a fan of a certain familiar movie. Also, don’t feed the animals.

I think this room was really fun! Probably geared more towards families as my group of 6 blasted through the room in 30 minutes, so I would say it was on the easy side of the spectrum but honestly still really fun and good theme!
