This place is pretty great and it's only going to get better!
The specialty of this one is the set design. Hosted by an actual archeologist, you will be treated to stories, thematic immersion and a great escape experience.
I would recommend this one to all levels of escape artists. Novices and families because it's fun, achievable and a great introduction. Experienced players because no matter how many rooms you've done, you haven't done one like this.
The owner also has many things lined up to be taking place in his incredible building.
Great flow. Very linear but totally worked in this room.
You definitely feel like you're in a temple.
Host was amazing. Accommodating, thoughtful, prepared and enthusiastic.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
Different in that there's not a single padlock in the room.
You're on a mission and you're always making your way towards it.
This room is definitely family friendly. Lots for all ages to be engaging with.
Although the host is dressed the part...
Physically active
Somewhat
A few physical puzzles and a little crawling (optional).
Accessibility
There is some crawling and it is a little darker although I'm not great in poor lighting and I was fine.
The door is a side entrance but if you hear to where Google maps tells you to go, there's a note on the window telling you to go round the side.
In Sainsbury's across the road. Get two hours.
