Mystery of the Magician's Study

After we finished another room here, we had an extra hour before our flight and this room was available so we decided to stick around and do 2 in a row. I loved the theming of this room. Very fun. Some nice puzzles here. Everything made sense and flowed well. We are a team of 4 but my husband just watched this game because it was on the easier side and we didn’t want to escape too fast. We also stopped communicating and worked on things solo to make it last longer. We still escaped with almost 20 minutes left on the clock. But it was fun. Storytellers Secret is an amazing freaking room. And this one and Conundrum are fine easy fun rooms.

Really easy for 2 people: puzzles are not deep thinkers or anything; first guess is probably right. Atmosphere was nice and the customer service is always great at Boxaroo.

Really enjoyed this room. It was fun and not overly challenging. Just a great room for 3 people. Opportunity to work alone and as a group. Nothing felt out of place.

Fun theme and intro! Some unique puzzles and interactive elements that we'd never seen before. The story was entertaining and the set was a fun spin on a classic theme. We didn't love this as much as Storyteller's Secret!

It's a really seamless experience. Everything is well-integrated from puzzles to hints, and there's lots of cool tech in the room that really adds to the atmosphere and immersion!

Another fun room at boxaroo! As always, interesting and different puzzles, great and detailed atmosphere, and an awesome flow.

This is a fun room with good production value and story! Couple of fun reveals and a unique puzzle or two. Fairly streamlined gameplay, which is keeps progress feeling consistent and satisfying. I personally felt like there was a LOT of content to solve for our 4 person group - even though it’s streamlined, there’s a lot of puzzles, which is great! So get in there and get ready to solve!

Such a blast! Fun room. Some really fun puzzles. But mostly the staff are just welcome you with the utmost kindness and warmth. Lucid was our GM and they are lovely. Definitely recommend.
