The Heist

This was our least favorite escape experience during our Austin escape room trip. The first room was great and felt well planned, but the second room felt clunky and less intuitive. Cam and Camille were fantastic!! The staff MADE us a card to thank us for playing so many games during our trip! And that was incredible.

First game we played at this location and had a blast! ! We love coming to this company.

Did this room with 1 other person and it was difficult but we are pretty familiar with escape rooms ! Definitely would recommend atleast 3 people !! I loved the room though

Their difficulty rating of 8/10 is probably too high, I found this game to be the easiest of all The Escape Game rooms

This room was our first experience with high-production value escape rooms, and the one that got us hooked on them. While there are better rooms at this location, when evaluated in isolation, The Heist is still a very strong room.

I feel like I must be taking crazy pills loving this game since most enthusiasts seem to find it middling for The Escape Game. This was on the top end of story engagement and theming for an escape room in my opinion which is why I really enjoyed it. Is the setting going to blow your mind? No, but it looks exactly like an art gallery so I don't really see the problem. That being said, I didn't think there were a few puzzles that were the source of frustration which detracted a bit from the experience. Moreso that I don't see why they would go in this direction with them. They were at least on theme for the most part so that was good.
