Surprisingly good. Not too many puzzles, but there are some good ones, and some really good "what just happened?" moments. This is definitely an "experience" room. Very creepy (I'd say, scary) but with no actors - so perfect for people who like thrill without jumpscares. Excellent use of sound effects, simple lighting effects, including a puzzle involving light. Set design was largely excellent (one side room had no detail but you're only there for a minute). You will absolutely feel like you're in an abandoned (...and haunted) orphanage!
Great GM. She spoke English and German.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
It's not a unique theme, but it was done very well.
The story won't blow you away. It's the atmosphere that was nailed.
Two puzzles stumped us, one of which we needed an explanation (we shouldve gotten it!). We needed two other clues but both times because we couldnt finding something. If you're great at searching, this shouldn't be too hard!
It was great with 2. 3 would also be great. More than 4 would be crowded...
Theres a lot of moments in the complete dark with scary sound effects and voices.
Physically active
Somewhat
Crawling required twice. But the first time only one person has to do it. The second time everyone would need to do it.
Accessibility
No clues require colors or sound clues. One time crawling required for all people. The room is low lighting.
It's at the right address on Google but there's no sign on the building! (They need one...) Go up to door and you'll see a paper printout saying "Escape Game".
It's Munich... we took an Uber and the subway.
