Alice Suite

Fantastic room. Very immersive and some really creative puzzles. We did all three rooms here today and every one was amazing, but this was probably my favourite of the three. Thanks for our game master and the manager for treating us so well and making us feel so welcome.

The name of the company intrigued me because of the pun - Locked Inn so I persuaded our family to check them out! We only got to try the Alice Suite room in this location. We are already looking forward to coming back and completing their other two rooms, hopefully before they replace the Pumpkin King’s Christmas at the end of the year. Alice had surprisingly layered puzzles but a few of them did not have enough clues to lead to the solution. We needed a couple of hints. An example is one of the props requiring us to gently press down on it to make a sound but we were too scared to break anything so that was on us! There were a mixture of Gen 1 and Gen 2 puzzles that appealed to the different strengths of our group so that was a plus! Overall, we had a great time! As for the story, I wish the flow was a little more seamless from one room to another. Moving around felt jarring at times, like descending into madness and into a rabbit hole. The theme was whimsical in that way. Props could use a little love but worked fine. We played with six people so it got a little cramped during certain moments. I would recommend 4 people maximum for this experience but pairing up works too! On the day that we went, our game masters were unexpectedly busy but they took the time to get to know us even with the back-to-back schedule they had! Thank you for squeezing us in and giving my father-in-law a great first escape room experience.

The room was amazing! If you’re an Alice in Wonderland enthusiast, this room is a must!

Alice was a surprisingly good game on our roadtrip from LA to San Fran! The room had some surprisingly intricate effects, and the puzzles were mostly strong (a few were confusing or not clued well enough, but overall pretty good). The decor was handmade but done well enough that it still looked good. Definitely a worthwhile stop if you are in the area!

A really delightful theme and fun details in the room. It went quickly—it took us 50 minutes but it felt like 20 because of all the bells and whistles in the room.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this immersive escape room. There were a variety of unique puzzles that ranged in difficulty. Our GM, Annie, was great and helpful.

The set design is really good but the puzzles feel a bit unsatisfying sometimes. It also feels short and weirdly paced where just when it gets interesting it kinda just stops. It’s pretty good, but ild recommend the other two a little more than this as they feel a little bit more complete as experiences. But if you have time do it it’s still a very good and surprisingly ambitious room from this very ambitious company!

One of the most well decorated and detailed rooms I've ever experienced. These are the kinda rooms you wish didn't have a time limit because you just want to enjoy the visual wonders they offer. There were so many puzzles I hadn't experienced before as well. The feeling of going down a rabbit hole is a way to describe it as you encountered the multiple different rooms and puzzles in the escape experience. It was truly a unique wonderland of puzzles. The hostess, Ariel, was friendly, fun and encouraging. The puzzles were mostly medium in difficulty. There were quite a few items in the room that did nothing for you which is designed to throw you off I guess - never my favorite but I get why they do that. The very last puzzle didn't work well so just be gentle with it. In addition, I didn't fully grasp our objective. I guess it was to save wonderland, but it wasn't very clear what we were saving it from. Also, it seems they are there only when there is a reservation so might not be available if you're just trying to walk in. All that being said, I loved the experience and would highly recommend it.
