Noir Episode 1

First time visiting Deadline Escape Rooms and I have to say—it was such a fun experience! I’m not usually into anything scary, gory, or horror-related, but I do love a good detective, sleuth, or murder mystery theme—and this definitely delivered. The representative who greeted us was pleasant, friendly, and very welcoming (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!). She set the tone for a great experience right from the start. We only had time to complete Episode One, but we all thoroughly enjoyed it and are already planning to come back for Episode Two. And yes—we escaped! We didn’t beat the best time, but that just gives us something to aim for next time. What really stood out was how well the clues were designed. They guided you through solving the mystery without leaving you feeling stuck or confused. Some escape rooms can make you wonder, “Okay… what’s next?”—but not here. Everything flowed in a way that kept it challenging and enjoyable. Highly recommend checking this place out—especially if you enjoy a good mystery!

A classic noir room. Lots of reading, and a classic detective style mystery. Room felt a bit under decorated. Multiple storylines lead to some feelings of red herrings :/ Not my favorite here but def worth a play. Solid puzzling.

A fun, immersive room that is well maintained and built with care. The puzzles are on the easier side, but they flow and are signposted well. Felt a little easy comparatively

Pretty linear straightforward room, nothing too fancy.

This was my first experience at Deadline and it didn’t disappoint. The room design was really cool. Everything was in great condition. Linear game play, but you can surely split up to work on a few things at a time. Great room for beginners or for an experienced 2-person team. We didn’t need clues for the room, but the GM, John, was great!

Linear and a good beginner room, but the theme was neat and well thought out! As always are GM was friendly and helpful in the very few hints we asked for. Would recommend for families or younger kids.

Fantastic room, well designed, everything worked perfectly, the decor and ambiance was spot on. Puzzles were clever and they had a good way of distinguishing episode 1 and 2.
