Murder at Emerald Estate

Super cool room. I'm not a big murder mystery fan, so was somewhat uncertain of what was 'escape room' and what was 'murder mystery' until about a third of the way into the room, but the combo really added to the room's immersion. Some genuinely difficult components to this room, and lots of easy to miss things to, which I like a lot. Completed the room, but not strictly the murder mystery component, which I wasn't too phased by.

Super fun, but with lots of reading. Definitely try to get in “detective character” for the end, but treat the room like a normal escape room.

The room flowed very well, with some puzzles that made you think. Very well put together, and very fun for the group. One of the best rooms we have played in a while because of the puzzles in the room:)

This room was excellent! Great puzzles and theming and some excellent physical puzzles.

You have been tasked with solving the murder so feels like cludeo mixed with a classic escape room and requires a fair amount of reading. You are meant to provide the answers to certain questions to the ‘detective’ at the end which could have been clearer (as we made up half the story) but it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed it overall and gave it a 8/10. The cafe/bar section has a large board game selection which you can play inside. We got chips and a drink each and the service was great.
