36 escape rooms
They need to work on pieces of their room they claim always get a hint. The solution is easy once you understand the objective - but the objective is not clear at all.
Gameplay
The initial puzzle in the room we were told by manager has more than a 50% rate of people asking for a hint. The objective of the puzzle was not intuitive. It was clearly the code for the door, but it was not informed prior to the type of lock on the door was a “single digit press lock” I think if you introduce a pregame explanation that the code on the door is single digits, it’s a bit more intuitive to figure out. Further in the game there were just puzzles that were simple, but with extra stuff happening to make an experienced player overthink to solve it. With the room rated a 10/10 difficulty the solutions and brainpower to solve was subpar.
Atmosphere
The props were good, and the atmosphere fit the theme
Customer service
GM walked away to help another team to start their room, while we are waiting on a hint as requested to raise our hands. Waited 4-5 minutes before having to leave the experience to grab someone. That is unacceptable for an experience you’re paying for.
