You are the foreman of a New York City maintenance crew working during a busy tourist weekend. The subway system is running at maximum capacity and you’re working hard to keep things working smoothly. BUT, a blackout in the city has ensued chaos on the lines all over Manhattan and a runaway train is careening at full speed towards the Brooklyn terminal. You and your team must restore power to the terminal and stop the train from derailing. Failure will be a disaster! You have one hour before the train reaches a curve sure to derail the train. Only the remote shut off can stop it. Can you pull it together and save everyone on the train? Good luck!…Welcome to The Terminal!!

We had a good time with the Terminal. It is a one room escape but the area is large. Some things were difficult to locate, which took some time and run up the clock. Our party of two escaped in 55 minutes, mostly because of the searching for things. It was an enjoyable experience, but we enjoyed some of the other rooms here more. Still worth doing.

Super fun room. Very immersive, one of the better single room experiences I've played. Nice mix of puzzles, good use of technology and practical elements. Huge footprint so this is a great room for 4-6 people and you will not be on top of each other. A few of the puzzles were more involved so multiple people will have plenty to occupy themselves with for the game After you do this room, then do Disappearance, Relic and Cinema 7 here. In my opinion their three best games and some really stand out ones in the Orlando area. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how great Chris and Nick were. They ran our games today. We had a blast. Tidbits It's an outdoor mall but mostly for entertainment Plenty to eat and drink options so make a day of it Parking is a parking garage in a busy part of tourism ... you've been warned. One room very linear. Puzzles were not too hard but not a newbie room. Theming was spot on and game master was super friendly!

It was definitely a good one for a starter / first timer. Was so happy Heather came to visit for the weekend to play games. So we video games, escape roomed, and activated and the feeling of all that combined made for a great day. The game was really easy- there was a technical issue which slowed us down and when we agreed for a hint they told us- the camera was stuck… and had to explain the tech issue not a clue. Great starter one. I liked it, but I’ve done better ones. First time I didn’t get scared by loud noises!!!!!! Maybe I’m improving hahahah. Not spooky or scary, but I jump when a leaf falls kinda thing.

I had tempered my expectations for this room because the reviews were mixed and it’s just a solo room but I was pleasantly surprised. Also, although this is technically one big room, there is a separate space within the room, which I enjoyed. Overall I think this room is absolutely worth doing especially if you’re playing multiple games at this location.

This is a ONE room Escape room. I am always appreciative of multiple rooms. However, this room did not disappoint. It had great puzzles and the game had a lot of anticipation. It certainly had our team work skills tested as it helped us work together. We had a lot of fun getting through this room.
Flowed very well. It was a lot of fun.
Great atmosphere considering it was such a small space.
Our GM was great. This place has great staff.

It was ok. It was VERY linear and EXTREMELY easy. We escaped in 21 minutes without barely trying. The GM Diego asked at the start if we wanted clues or not. We asked only if we all agree. He ignored this and prompted us on 2 things that we barely struggled on. The decor was alright and the puzzles were fun but nothing spectacular for what we paid. One other thing that was strange is they have an absolute NO phone rule in the room which when we said we needed it for emergency reason they were difficult but agreed. I think this rule is ridiculous. I think they need to prioritise personal safety over worrying about people taking pictures.
