Demise of the Gricers

It was engrossing and exciting and a pool of adrenaline. I dreamt of Gricers that night.

It really is like playing a video game in real life, and the adrenaline will keep you going throughout the experience. Gricers offers a very rich world as you explore it, and it was a lot of fun to learn more about the backstory and central mystery. Very, very active and physically demanding experience, but would highly recommend and it’s hard to think of another room that offers this kind of gameplay

Die Story ist super interessant und ich verstehe auch, warum das Spiel ein Fan Favourite ist. Für mich persönlich hat das mit einem Escape Room nichts mehr zu tun. Es ist eine Experience die mit nichts was ich bisher gespielt habe vergleichbar ist. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass das Spiel enorm anstrengend ist und teilweise auch gefährlich sein kann, wenn man nicht aufmerksam bei der Sache ist. Die schauspielerische Leistung ist grandios und die Story ist super durchdacht. Für mich persönlich war das Game aufgrund des Gruselfaktors leider nicht das richtige und deswegen habe ich es nach ca. einer Stunde abgebrochen. Das Team war aber super nett und hat mehrmals angeboten den Gruselfaktor für mich anzupassen - das fand ich sehr aufmerksam! Der Rest unserer Gruppe konnte das Spiel dann ganz normal beenden und hat sehr davon geschwärmt, weshalb auch die Bewertung im Großen und Ganzen gut ausfällt. Jedenfalls besonders positiv möchte ich das Team hinter dem Spiel hervorheben. Sie sind super aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben nach dem Spiel noch lange geplaudert und deswegen denke ich trotz meines frühen Exits gerne an das Spiel zurück.

This is exactly what I needed. After an escape room tour the experiences started to blend together and we were getting spoiled. This is not an escape room but it was an amazing experience. The mechanics of the game were unique. The physicality is HIGH. I usually don't let spooky rooms affect me but it's hard not to get immersed when you get a jump scare and start getting chased. My only regret is that I wasn't more active with completing the tasks and we were getting "stuck/ stagnant" because we were too scared to get caught. After 200 experiences this is probably in my top 5. They are a great group of people. 9.5/10

A truly one of a kind experience. You aren’t simply escaping, you’re peeking into a macabre, fully realized world. Excellent set, acting and tasks. I flew 12 hours across the ocean to experience this gem, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Entered has created a truly special and unique game. Simply put, one of the best experiences of my life.

I like that Entered provided audio and text that allows everyone to know what is happening even if they get separated from the group. I greatly appreciate a story that makes sense. This method helped everything remain crystal clear. I think it would be great if more rooms utilized this method.

“Gricers” drops you into the action of a real-life video game — with heart-stopping action, intense actor interactions, and plenty of main character energy. Make sure you know what you’re getting into, then, if it’s your thing, do anything to go.

We were a group of five coming from different parts of the Netherlands and Belgium, and I drove nearly three hours from Amsterdam to experience The Demise of the Gricers, and it was absolutely worth it. Starting at 10:00 and finishing around 14:10, this was a four-hour rollercoaster of emotions & intensity. The experience was on another level, thanks to the phenomenal actors, real train-based environments, stunning lighting, and powerful sound effects. It was physically demanding, immersive, and at times genuinely scary. While the experience leaned heavily toward immersion and storytelling, there was still a nice balance with puzzling elements, ensuring that it wasn’t just about the atmosphere but also about engaging challenges. The actors played a huge role in making the journey unforgettable, delivering multiple wow moments throughout. By the time we finished, none of us realized how much time had passed. Wrapping up with a relaxed chat while taking off our gear was a great touch, and the team even offered us water, which was much appreciated. An absolute must for those looking for a high-intensity, next level escape adventure!
