The Asylum

Fun room with an excellent final puzzle (even if it broke on us)! There is an interesting story told through videos following each puzzle. While I liked that kind of storytelling, the videos were followed by hints, which were a little too much. I kinda wish the room and the very nice GM were confident to stand on its own without the constant peppering of hints. Also, the laminated sheets dependence was also much, particularly because they were old and worn out anyway. Again, great puzzles, but some other things like timer not stopping during all the videos just makes me a little… crazy!

Fun, well set up environment. Not a difficult room, but enjoyable.

Awesome game master and good flow for a linear room.

Props to our GM. They were really busy or short staffed or something so he had originally asked us if we wanted to try a different room but we had already done the other rooms at this location. He still gave us the FULL experience. It was terrifying and I hated it while it was happening but it really made this a super memorable, unique, and awesome room.

Solid room with some cool puzzles. Very linear so a small team is best.
