Upside Down

Unfortunately, this escape room was a big disappointment. The puzzles themselves were underwhelming, but the biggest issue was the staff. The employee working during our visit, Indian looking guy, was rude, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable asking questions. Instead of enhancing the experience, their attitude took away from it. Customer service is a huge part of an escape room experience, and this completely missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless serious improvements are made to staff training and guest interaction.

This was not a favorite of mine. I think the clues could have been better. It wasn’t hard to solve the puzzle once we understood how to, but the clues were not clear. I’ve done escape rooms before and escaped, but this one didn’t flow well.

I wish there were in between ratings because I would give it a thumbs up plus. It’s better than the average room, cool vibe, I’ve definitely done better but I think it’s a solid 7.5 out of 10 and worth doing for sure

Pretty good room. Multiple rooms that you have to get through. Variety of logic puzzles. Not scary, though. Would recommend
