2 escape rooms
Overall just not the best escape room that we've been to. 1. I enjoy puzzles that require some level of logic, deduction, or just in general something that challenges my brain. But in this room mostly it's just looking for passcodes per se in different ways. Some are still fun though. 2. The dim environment makes some clues easily missed. They would have been spotted had the room been brighter, and we wouldn't have needed to ask for as many hints. 3. The decibel meter doesn't add much to the immersion and even may ruin it, because it introduces more unnecessary intervention from the GMs. Nothing against the GMs though. They are wonderful and are probably the most helpful ones we've seen! While these don't make it bad, I don't feel the satisfaction I usually have when leaving an escape room. I wish I had known about Morty beforehand and read the reviews. Lastly, and hope this is not a spoiler: There's a puzzle at the later part of it and I find it fun. But it uses a device, and to go about it you'll need to properly configure the devide first. But the configuration itself is not very user-friendly. If not properly configured, I imagine it can make the puzzle very frustrating.
