The world class, one-of-a-kind, escape room artist saw something in you! He saw talent and skill great enough to invite you to join his academy. But before joining Houdini's Academy, he wants to see your work on display in the flesh. Demonstrate that you can get out of the trickiest of situations, and that you can speak the language of a true escape artist. There's a bright future ahead for you and a lucky few if you can just show him what you've got!

This room was another great one from 60out. It was different and a cool way to start the room. It is a bit physical so be prepared to climb, pull, and crawl haha. Also tight spaces so if you are claustrophobic it may trigger you. We had a blast and enjoyed the theme. Our GM was also awesome. We loved meeting Beans! I recommend.

Too easy! It’s a lot of fun. Unique and less math-forward. Very hands on! But I wouldn’t go with a group bigger than 4. We loved the Houdini-esque features, but as experienced escape roomers we finished with 27 mins to spare and felt like there were a few too many unsolicited hints, haha. I recommend it, but ask for no hints!

Well designed room. More physically demanding from any other escape room I've done. This is not scary but if you are claustrophobic I would caution. I would rate this on the easier side than medium, often thinking if there was more to it.

This room does require a lot more physical movement as compared to other escape room (see website descriptions). There are quite a bit “think outside the box” puzzle which I think is great. Generally the escape room is fairly straightforward and linear. Recommend to reconsider if you are claustrophobic, as emergency escape in one of those situation is not apparent. Overall, 6/10

Very unique and fun room. Super fun. Harder for smaller groups, but we still got out with 3! Highly recommend.

One of my favorite rooms I've done! Great mix of mentally challenging puzzles and moderate physical activity. Puzzles flowed really well. Some great set pieces!

Fun room that is very different. The puzzles fit the theme very well, but are not too difficult. The atmosphere is nothing too crazy, but also fit the theme pretty well. Thinking about how some escape rooms are very puzzle heavy and others are more an experience, I would put this one on the experience pile. There are some pretty memorable moments.
Some very unique things, that might not be for everyone though.

One of those rooms in which signing a waiver is not pure formality.

I rate this escape experience a 4/5 (ck out my bio for rating system). The set/theme did not entail much but had some pretty cool experiences scattered throughout. There was a bit of Houdini trickery in the beginning that took us WAY too long and required a helpful hunt. I give the set/theme 1.5 pts. Again, not much to it but the 'magical' experiences we were part of made up for that. The puzzles were few and relatively easy when you get the idea so 1 point here. I really enjoyed the room because of the fun and unique experiences it provided so 1.5pts here.
Alison was a great GM!
