We were solving a mystery, but the clues and suspects for that didn't really come into play until the last file cabinet opened. This room was mostly first gen with locks and keys, but it could make some sense with the theme. Everything was well clued. There were some neat puzzle interactions.

We were 9 people, which is one of the biggest escape room groups I've ever had. I'm extremely impressed with how non linear the room was to allow 9 people to get lost in their puzzles in their groups and no one felt like they were standing around. There were a lot of puzzles to complete! We escaped as well.

We liked this room, and came back a year later for a different room that we didn’t love (Tobacco something). But I would try another room at this place. The Tobacco one relied on too much local information - Duke sports - that we had no knowledge of.

This is a solid murder mystery room with some good puzzles. It was one of the first rooms I played and I LOVED it when I did it. It’s a great room for beginners, with some fun surprises and a good variety of puzzle types. For someone who’s done a BUNCH of escape rooms it’s pretty typical, but it caters well to the average person who’s never done any or only done one or two.
