Valere Bex, befaamd technisch knutselaar en tevens trouwe tuinman van Baron Adrien Felecité Beeckman de Crayloo is komen te gaan. Zijn nalatenschap aan de baron omvat niet enkel zijn twee dierbare varkens, maar ook een mysterieuze schat: “Evenwel zeg ik op mijn gemak, de meest waardevolle schat vindt hier onderdak. Doch enkel indien handig en snel, intelligent en wel, zal u haar kunnen vinden” Hoewel dankbaar voor die varkens wil de baron koste wat het kost de betekenis van deze raadselachtige zin achterhalen. Is er een “schat”? En waarom slaagt hij er niet in ze te vinden? De baron wil uw hulp en wel nu! Hij looft een unieke beloning uit aan de dappere lieden die het cryptisch testament durven ontrafelen. Een simpele missie? Of…toch lastiger dan gedacht? Oh ja…hopelijk bent U niet bang van varkens.

You have 90 minutes to escape from this escape room. I highly recommend doing "The Society" first, and then this second fun room, which builds on the first but tells a completely different story. Personally, I liked this room better than "The Society." It offers more variety in the puzzles and is also very nicely decorated.

The squiggly tail puzzle will not be easily forgotten. Uniqueness everywhere. Absolutely love this game. Tragedy it's only playable in Dutch because there's not much preventing a few tweaks to make it doable in English.

It may vary by game, but we had two actors who got into a little fight, which made this all the more fun. Their performance was a bit distracting though (due to their entertainment value)... so we lost a few minutes of our time there ;)

Beautifull, authentic, museum-like location combined with the mechanics in this game is something you can’t really get anywere else. Please find yourelf some dutch speaking friends and play this game because It is special!

This was an amazing escaperoom and is immediatly in my top rooms ever played. The room feels extremely authentic. The gamehost was lovely and did an amazing job in her room briefing. The owners have a lot of passion and know how they want to build their rooms. Their vision of using a lot of real mechanics becomes very clear in this one. The puzzles were logical but still challanging, the room looked beautufull and Gertrude was an amazing extra guest. I highly recommend this room. But know that it’s sadly only palyable in Dutch. If at least one player in your group can translate it should be doable!

Easily one of my favorite games in the entire Benelux region! The setting is remarkable, the puzzles are delightfully mechanical and tactile, and there's a certain feature that makes Het Testament particularly unforgettable. We were told we were only the third group of English-speaking players to ever visit, and we were only able to play thanks to a Dutch-speaking teammate. I fully understand the company's decision not to translate the game into English, but if you're visiting from abroad and can find a way to play this, you absolutely should go out of your way to do so.
