The GM makes this experience and Francisco was amazing. The environment is well detailed without confusing clutter but well established. Tension is adapted well, and though puzzles were a tad easy, the experience was well worth it as one of the most memorable rooms we have done so far in Europe.

My absolutely all time favorite! And also my first ever experience in an escape room that had actual actors who you had to interact with during the game: Once you get to the place your game has already started, and once you go into character and go along with what the Game Master is telling you the game gets so cool! Every enigma is part of the story you’re building which makes it an even cooler experience. The scenario is breathtaking, to the point where you genuinely believe you’re in there and what you’re doing is actually real! So many stuff to figure out and so many characters to meet and talk to. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had in any escape room, and so worth it!

Fun ER! Don't skip on it because of the horror factor. Our GM Francisco was great to adapt to our playstyle and our tolerance to the tension level!

If you are looking for mind-bending, high-tech puzzles that will make your brain melt, "Underground" at Escape to Win might not be the one. The games and riddles themselves are pretty average and nothing you haven't seen before. However, we had an absolute blast! What it lacks in puzzle complexity, it more than makes up for in pure fun and adrenaline. The atmosphere really pulls you in, and it turned out to be one of the most entertaining rooms we’ve done in a while. The Verdict: Don't go into it expecting a masterclass in game design—just go in ready to laugh, cooperate, and have a genuinely great time. Highly recommended if you just want a fun hour out in Lisbon!

8.9/10   During our vacation to Portugal, our goal was to play the country’s top-rated escape rooms we hadn’t experienced yet. To start us off, we had to play THE highest ranked room in Portugal, Underground. To no surprise, this room was an absolute thrill ride from the moment we knocked on the door. Our gamemaster, Andre, is what made this experience truly special. The amount of work he put in throughout the game made it really feel like we were in a thriller/action-packed movie. There are some moments in this game that we will never forget about. The one downside of this game was the lack of puzzle variety. We wish there were more puzzles to solve throughout the game. Overall, there is a reason why this is ranked Portugal’s top room and if you are ever in this beautiful country, make Underground a must stop!

Definitely an amazing room if you value immersion and character interaction. Andre was a great GM, we had a blast going through the room and enjoying the story. The scenery is well thought out and the puzzles go on par with the theme.

Such a fun room! Our GM Andre made the whole expense super great with the acting and improv. The ending surprised us and the way the room unfolds make it such a fun experience. Linear and all puzzles are on theme. Nothing super hard. There are several fun decision making points they can affect the outcome of the story. Had a blast!
