In 2038, the third world war dictated the apocalypse. After years of conflicts between different countries in the name of the insatiable desire for greatness and power, resorting to the use of increasingly sophisticated and fatal weapons, the planet gave way. Climate change, together with the economic, political and social problems that were already growing, the lack of basic living conditions, resulted in deaths and illnesses in proportions never imagined. Life as we know it has come to an end. In this new era, people simply survive. Of the little that remains in Lisbon, there is a place they call Underground, hidden in a shopping mall, with a cover up name of Bom Bo Lon, where people go to have fun... But it's not a place for everyone. There, La Familia is in charge. But you belong to the Wolves. And one of yours is missing. In fact, one. It seems that her father got into debt and they took her there to work... until she paid what she owed. That's why you and yours decided to go rescue her.

If you are looking for mind-bending, high-tech puzzles that will make your brain melt, "Underground" at Escape to Win might not be the one. The games and riddles themselves are pretty average and nothing you haven't seen before. However, we had an absolute blast! What it lacks in puzzle complexity, it more than makes up for in pure fun and adrenaline. The atmosphere really pulls you in, and it turned out to be one of the most entertaining rooms we’ve done in a while. The Verdict: Don't go into it expecting a masterclass in game design—just go in ready to laugh, cooperate, and have a genuinely great time. Highly recommended if you just want a fun hour out in Lisbon!

8.9/10 During our vacation to Portugal, our goal was to play the country’s top-rated escape rooms we hadn’t experienced yet. To start us off, we had to play THE highest ranked room in Portugal, Underground. To no surprise, this room was an absolute thrill ride from the moment we knocked on the door. Our gamemaster, Andre, is what made this experience truly special. The amount of work he put in throughout the game made it really feel like we were in a thriller/action-packed movie. There are some moments in this game that we will never forget about. The one downside of this game was the lack of puzzle variety. We wish there were more puzzles to solve throughout the game. Overall, there is a reason why this is ranked Portugal’s top room and if you are ever in this beautiful country, make Underground a must stop!

Definitely an amazing room if you value immersion and character interaction. Andre was a great GM, we had a blast going through the room and enjoying the story. The scenery is well thought out and the puzzles go on par with the theme.

Top-notch escape room! It’s very different from traditional ones, which makes the game much more interactive and exciting. I highly recommend it.

Such a fun room! Our GM Andre made the whole expense super great with the acting and improv. The ending surprised us and the way the room unfolds make it such a fun experience. Linear and all puzzles are on theme. Nothing super hard. There are several fun decision making points they can affect the outcome of the story. Had a blast!

One of my favorite rooms ever. The GM, Ze, is the reason why I downloaded Morty. Overall, great puzzles, amazing flow, really funny and great character interactions with Ze. A MUST-PLAY ROOM!
