This room was very "meh". It had an okay story but the room was worn and abused. It definitely needs a prop update or just a game switch out.

Back and forth to different rooms with no sense to why.
Atmosphere
Props were older, things didn't work as well as possible.
Customer service
Our game master was in training, didnt respond well to hint requests, they took an additional 20 minutes to reset the room after our start time was supposed to happen.
